Bubba Hub can connect questions with opted-in, verified class leaders or contributors who have selected relevant areas of guidance. Their role and any relevant credentials will be shown.

Will my question be public?

No. Family questions are private conversations between you and the responder helping you.

Can Bubba Hub provide professional advice?

Bubba Hub is a community platform. Where a question needs professional help, families will be signposted to an appropriate service.

Can a class leader create FAQs?

Yes. Leaders can create public FAQs about their own classes, completely separate from private family questions.

Need urgent help?

If you have an urgent concern, contact the appropriate emergency or professional service rather than waiting for a Bubba Hub response.
